On June 25th, 2022, Fundacion Muchila Creativo Secondary Arts Based school for Special Learners presented the Premiere of the Musical “Transformation.” at Centro di Bario Dakota for a full house with live music performed by the students and some professional artists.

The project started in April 2022, under direction of a team of professionals ar Fundacion Muchila Creativo to prepare the students for the show.

The musical “Transformation” was written and directed by Playwright / Director, Emerita Emerencia, in collaboration with a team of professionals at Muchila Creativo:

Music Composition and Lyrics by Music Teacher / Chori Director, Jane Lanooij, Costumes by Visual Artist, Rudberth Wolff, Choreography by Sabrina Salas, Lighting and Sound design by Elite Productions.

The pre-show consisted of the following program

• Drum circle by all students under direction Remigio Rasmijn
• Dance Choreography by Sabrina Salas Music – “You say” by Laurel Daigle. Dancers, Benjamin Wever, Jaydeeh Albus and Erik Gielen.
• Puppetry presentation by Emerita Emerencia
